As part of our Outdoor Education Program, male students from Year 9 and 10 geared up with bow and arrow at the Ambrose Archery Center in Heidelberg yesterday where they were guided by a qualified trainer to take their first shots safely and learnt all about the right composure while holding the bow.
Soon the arrows were flying properly and the students enjoyed the challenge laid out by famous characters such as Robin Hood, Hawkeye and Katniss Aberdeen to hit the bulls eye from a distance.
