Today the Foundation students had a wonderful time as they got to look inside a real Ambulance and met Jake, our visiting ambulance officer.
Jake bought in his friend Stretch the Teddy and read us a story about how Stretch hurt himself in the playground. The children learnt about the importance of knowing your address and when to and not to call 000. The highlight for them all was dressing up as a Paramedic, giving Stretch a cuddle and looking at all the amazing things inside the ambulance. We all had to block our ears when Jake made the lights and sirens work on the ambulance.
Thank you so much for visiting us Stretch and Jake we all learnt a lot.
