Introducing the Customer Support Team!
Our Customer Support Team are usually the first people you will speak with at the College. They are located in the reception office of the administration building. The team consists of:
- Ms Leah – Head of Operations and Compliance. Ms Leah is thankful to work in such a nice environment.
- Ms Rachael – Customer Support Team Lead. Ms Rachael used to ride a motorbike as her main form of transport.
- Ms Rayhan – Customer Support. Ms Rayhan is our newest addition to the team. When not at ÌÇÐÄvlogÆƽâ°æ, she is running her own halal mocktail business.
- Ms Kausar – Customer Support. Ms Kausar loves unicorns and can speak fluent French/Creole.
- Ms Ayesha – Customer Support. Ms Ayesha likes to keep fit and does not like chocolate, except white chocolate.
- Ms Rocaya – Customer Support. When not at ÌÇÐÄvlogÆƽâ°æ College, Ms Rocaya is a Nutrimetics Consultant.
- Ms Tanja – Content & Relations Lead. Ms Tanja deeply enjoys nature, and volunteers to rescue and rehabilitate injured and orphaned wildlife at a local shelter.
- Ms Saniye – Enrolments Officer. Ms Saniye is a very proud grandmother of 4 year old Reyhan and her newborn sister Leyla.
- Ms Mubasshirah – Health Attendant. Ms Mubasshirah speaks fluent English, Punjabi and Urdu, and also understands Arabic.
- Ms Maryam – Librarian. Ms Maryam had a passion to one day be a Neuro Surgeon.
- Ms Gulhan – Community Engagement. Ms Gulhan’s hobby is to self-publish books.
The Customer Support Team
- greets you with a smile when you come to the office
- answers your phone calls
- actions and respond to emails sent to info@alsiraat.vic.edu.au and cc@alsiraat.vic.edu.au
- provides school newsletters and a lot of the communication to parents and the greater community
- takes care of students when they are sick or injured
- is your first point of contact with enrolments
- other internal, behind-the-scenes support for teachers, other staff and school
Our Customer Support Team are committed to providing excellent customer service, and meet the needs of students, teachers, staff, parents and the wider community, whilst also upholding the values and protocols of the College. They aim to be responsive, and follow through with queries. They care!
We kindly request respect is shown to all staff at all times.
When you have concerns regarding your child, the first point of contact is your child’s class teacher. If you are not satisfied, or not getting any response, you are then to contact the year level co-ordinator. If you are still not satisfied or not getting any response, you can contact the appropriate Head of School (Mr Vis for Secondary School, Mr Mohamed for Primary School) and copy in cc@alsiraat.vic.edu.au. The attached Customer Care Procedure may be helpful.
