The best option is to schedule appointments outside of school hours, if possible.

You will need to notify the office before 7:30am the day of the early pick-up, if your child has an unavoidable appointment.

Notification methods can be the following:

We require this notice period to ensure the relevant teacher is notified before the pick up time, as students do not hear the PA announcements during recess and lunch times.

Pick up times:

• Primary school:
• Mondays – Thursdays 10:40am or 1:10pm

• Fridays 10:40am only.

• Secondary school:

• Mondays – Thursdays 10:00am or 12:20pm
• Fridays 10:20am only.

If you have children in both primary and secondary school, then please refer to the secondary times for pick up. We do not allow lunch time pick ups on Fridays due to the early finishing time of 2:00pm.

Please do not contact the class teacher for early pickup as the Office staff will coordinate the early pick ups for students with the relevant staff.

Please inform your child before dropping them at school that you will be picking them up early and at what time you will be picking them up.

We appreciate your cooperation in following this procedure.

We will not be able to consider last minute notifications for early pick up as cannot guarantee that your child will be ready on time for pick up.
